Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We offer a flat shipping fee regardless of how many items you buy.

 

UK Delivery

Orders over £50 - FREE (2-4 working days)

£1.60 for second class delivery (2-4 working days after dispatch)
£1.95 for first class delivery (1-3 first class working days after dispatch)
£3.50 for Tracked 24 Service (24 hrs after dispatch)


Please note that the express Tracked 24 service refers to delivery timescale only and does not include the time it takes to make your jewellery - more on that below.


International Shipping

We offer a tracked international shipping service for a flat rate of £9.90. Your order can be fully tracked online to the point of destination.

Please note that customs and duties fees may be due prior to delivery of your order - these are calculated upon arrival to the destination country - the mail/delivery company will notify of fees due which are to be paid by the recipient prior to delivery being made. 

Europe - delivery aim 3-5 working days

Rest of World - delivery aim 5-10 working days

 

 

Dispatch Timescales

We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but please bear in mind that each piece of jewellery is made by hand, packaged and mailed off by a team of one.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be mailed off, some will take less than that, others a bit longer depending on what's involved in making your jewellery. If your order will take longer than 5 working days, the product description will set out the length of time involved in getting your jewellery ready for you. 

If you need your jewellery for a particular date then please get in touch via email as I sometimes have items in stock, and will always do my best to accommodate your request.

 

Returns

We hope that you are absolutely delighted with your new Wild Nora jewellery, however if you would like to return your item, we can process a refund or exchange up to 30 days after your item arrives.

Please get in touch to notify us via email within 10 days of delivery if you wish to return or exchange an item. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage costs.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of earrings for hygiene reasons. If your jewellery is a custom design, we are also unable to offer a refund or exchange.
